NATRUM PHOSPHORICUM: also known as sodium phosphate. According to Schuessler, Nat phos is contained in the blood-corpuscles of cells that make up muscles, nerves, brain, and inter-cellular fluid. *BONUS TIP: I enjoy coffee! And at this point I’m not willing to give that up. However, coffee is very acidic to our bodies. My trick is to balance this with alkalizing foods or fresh squeezed lemon juice. In general, fruits and vegetables are alkalizing and, as strange as it sounds due to it’s acidic taste, lemon is one of the best alkalizers. So when you need to have that coffee or chocolate keep this in mind😊.
