This is another regular in our house. It’s the number one remedy for spasms and menstrual cramps. However, what we use it for the most in our house is constipation. It’s so gentle for my little ones and is often all they need. I’ve also used it for general anxiety in combination with kali phos. Works like a charm😊
MAGNESIUM PHOSPHORICA: According to Schussler, mag phos is present in the blood corpuscles, muscles, brain, spinal marrow, nerves, and teeth. It is known to have a calming effect on the nervous system.

-Colic/teething (2nd after chamomilla)
-Neuralgias
TIPS: Severe cramps with shooting pain and better with heat would be strong indications for mag phos.
